How can I apply?
1. Keep yourself informed

2. Make a selection of images
Now select your images. These should be representative of your photographic work and the quality of technique and content. Please bear in mind that on the basis of the images you send us we will either approve or decline your work. Your application should comprise between 10 and 30 images and should be uploaded in their original resolution.
3. Prepare to upload the images
Please pay attention to the technical specifications of the image files. All images must be processed meticulously. The IPTC label (description, keywords) must be available in at least one language. Please use the same labeling as for all future images.
4. Registration
Registration and application is free of charge. Click on ‘Register’ and then input all the necessary data. After sending the registration you will receive immediately an email containing an activation link. Click on this link to activate your account.
5. Log in
When your account has been activated successfully you can login in immediately using your login details. Click on ‘Login’ and input your access data. You then automatically see a short introduction. From there you are forwarded automatically to where you can start the upload software. You also can access this upload page by clicking on ‘Upload > Java Upload’ on the menu.
6. Select the images for applying and upload them
Java is used to upload the image files. For this reason you must have the latest version of Java on your computer. If you do not have this installed, the software can be downloaded free of charge at http://www.java.com.
A security message may appear once on the upload page. Please confirm this by click ‘Run’. Then the images may be uploaded. Please pay attention to the technical requirements to do so. You can upload as many images as you want until you have reached the maximum number of 30 or you may click on the ‘Send Application’ button.
7. Checking your application images
Usually you will hear from us within a few days. In rare cases checking may take up to 2 weeks. If you have not received a response from us within 2 weeks, please
